This book might appeal to some people. I expected a lot after reading positive reviews about it at other websites, but have found myself sorely disappointed. The book is disjointed and I found myself not caring about most of the characters. The book really felt like it had no heart.
Smoke-free home. Cover worn some. Lesbian novel. 255 pages. The back cover says: "Shoulders is about coming of age in the 1970s when you're dewy-eyed and brash and a lesbian. Is about making it through to the '80s when you've survived love gone bad, still believe in love against the odds."
