Hi all,

Last week a book that I had been on my wish list forever came up. I was waiting for 10 books to arrive & be marked received, but at that moment I didn't have any credits. I chose a live help person from the top of the list. I asked if there was any way I could be advanced credits from PBS. The helper that I accidently contacted was   Jacquelyn O

Jacquelyn got back to me immediately. she explained that PBS couldn't advance me any credits but that she would. She said she knows how it feels to miss getting a book on your wish list bcs you don't have enough credits. The next thing I knew she had transferred one of her personal credits to me so I could have my book.  I don't know Jacquelyn. Our contact was serendipity.  I was  pleasantly surprised by her random act of kindnes to a complete stranger.  I wanted the book but that wasn't the important part. I was having a bad week. Friends had let me down. A family member had betayed me. It was my week for losing faith in human nature. So Jacquelyn's random act of kindness made me feel all warm & fuzzy inside as the message came came into my mind. "There are some really  good people in this world".  So thank you Jacquelyn. Your random act of kindness reached farther than you know. Thank you Joy
