Ok, I posted this book expecting that it would go on either 1-hour Requestor Remorse or 48 hour hold....but, neither happened....grumble grumble...sorry had to whine somewhere!!!

Here is the book information:  (note it says there is 1 Member Wishing.....)

This happened to me and when I added it to my TBR - it didn't show it as  being on a WL.    I looked up the ISBN and you are not mistaken - it is showing one WL   I just added ISBN 9780373785681 to my TBR and it isn't showing as WL. 

I don't know if it is possible, but maybe the 1 wisher has their account on vacation hold.  I know that they don't show up in the Wish List line, but I think they might still show up otherwise.  I will check & see.

I think Mary is right and that the only wisher is on vacation. 

Your account is on vacation.  That's why it's not offering it to the wisher.  I just checked to see if the book was on your shelf and it told me you had your account on hold. Unhold your account and it'll offer it to them.

When a wisher's account is on hold, they don't show up in the "wishing" count.  My own shelf is on hold and I tested it with a title for which I was "1 of 1".  The description said:

On My: Wish List
Members Wishing: 0

Your account is on vacation. - this would be the problem if you posted it while your hold was on. The book will not be offered while you are on hold.

 I know that my account is on hold...when I post books that are on WL I post them to my bookshelf then take my account off hold long enough for them to be picked up and then put my account  back on hold....so, my account being on hold has nothing to do with it.
