Though this reading text book says it is "level 10" that is the HRW level 10. It is actually a 3rd Grade book. It is listed as third grade secound level. Which basicly means a Third grader who is reading about grade 3 6 month. So slightly above grade level. It is an 1989 copy and not as colorful as many of todays reading text books but personaly i think the stories are better.
