These are mot equally enjoyable short stories. The last one, by J D Robb, is part of a series and the characters are well known to me. It is about a serial murderer who begins on Christmas Eve. The other three stories, about an elf, a wayward photojournalist, and a broken relationship, did not interest me. The first one was just too obvious without being engaging. The second, also obvious, didn't develop the characters enough for me to care about.
The third, while more involving, would have been better with more development. I am most curious why the first story, "A Berry Merry Christmas" was even included in this selection.

I love anthologies - you can find new authors and read short novels by old favorites! Good stories.

I ordered this just for the JD Robb story... Didn't care much for the others.
