This is my first time reading one of Chamberlain's books. The story is pretty interesting! This book covers major themes of mystery (life of an runaway), family troubles, murder, and love. Good book!

This story captured me from the first page, and never let go. Excellent character development, great story, really good twists, and satisfying ending. What more can you ask for?

I did not like this as much as Chamberlain's other novels. Lisa's story was so cliché that it was predictable. The story is worth the time, though, as Chamberlain's writing is consistently good.
