Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Cookbook is great- can't think of the author, but you should be able to find it by title.

I second the Fix it and Forget It recommendation also.

Also, this is a great slow cooker blog with tons of recipes: http://www.crockpot365.blogspot.com/

The author of the blog has written two cookbooks- I think the first one is called Make it Fast, Cook it Slow.  There's more info on her site in the link above.

I have two copies of an older Current catalog slow cooker cookbooklet.  I wouldn't feel good about posting them due to their age.  They are 60 pages, spiral bound.  The title is Fix and Forget 50 Slow Cooker Recipes.  This is not the same as the one I mentioned above.  But I wanted to let you know that I am offering these as a bonus on my bookshelf.  Order three books from me and get a Current Slow Cooker recipe booklet as a bonus, pm me if you want to take advantage of this when you order your other books.
