I bought this book on the advice of a colleague who found it helpful in dealing with her boss. The central work of the book is to uncover the mystery of psychopathic behavior that people find in white collar workplaces. I was stunned by the description of people who are not violent but are psychopaths just the same. Sadly, many of these people are sitting in the corner offices in corporate America right now. This book will help sort out what kinds of behavior to look for so that you can protect yourself.
