This is a great book for a young mind (perhaps k-3rd grades) who are interested in swamp life, alligators and crocs. The photos could be intimidating to a child not used to crocodilians, but it is an informative book describing the different crocodilian species (including gharials), where they are found, and their similarities and differences.
