I was a bit disappointed in this Katherine Dance story. It seemed as though the author put himself on remote control and wrote a standard suspense story without trying to be interesting. The big "twist" wasn't big at all - it was kind of deflating. A big "EH!" from a long-time Jeffrey Deaver fan.

I really couldn't get into this book and couldn't relate to the characters. Perhaps because this is my first encounter with Jeffrey Deaver and perhaps I missed something? I just didn't think it was an exciting thriller.

Great hold your attention, crime thriller / and who done it. Lovely read for a relaxing afternoon or weekend.
