I enjoyed this book so much that it lost about 6 hours of sleep from me. (not counting the daytime hours frittered away!!)

As soon as I opened the book and read the first couple of pages, the book jumped to the head of my reading queue and that was a tall jump for a small book.

Anyway, if you enjoy science fiction - any science fiction - or if you enjoy modern science thrillers....I can highly recommend that you try this book.

Especially relevant about now in 2012 as we are coming to realize that our planet is transitioning into a period of potentially deadly solar flares.

Lots of action, yes but also something mystical on the order of "earth mother" woven into this fabric.

Plus a couple of good retribution type moments when the author reveals that the space weapon that is the primary non-human player in this novel, is also the space weapon designed by the hero of our story....just many years earlier in his past and his designs taken and "adapted" for military action completely without his knowledge.

A great read,enjoy!
