You don't have to do anything. That email is a reminder, just in case you forgot to mark it received. If you haven't received the book there's nothing to be done but to wait and hope it arrives. You'll probably receive another "have you received this book yet?" email before the book is declared missing by PBS.

What Jerri said :-)  The link would take you to your account page, where you could mark it received.  If you haven't received the book, you can ignore the e-mail.

26 days after the book was marked mailed, the system will declare it "lost."  At that point you'll get your credit back.  I'd wait to order a new book, though, since sometimes they do show up a week or two late.  You could PM the sender and ask if she knows of any problems with the mailing, if you like.

Marion,

If your question is how to get around the situation with the link that can't be clicked, check the e-mail again. I have AOL e-mail as well and when I receive an e-mail with images or links, I have to click a line at the top of the e-mail that says something like, "This e-mail contains links or images. Allow for this message...Allow for all messages from this sender."  Once you click that, the link should become active. As for the rest of the message, the other posters have answered it pretty well. Did you check your account page? That is probably where the link would have sent you. The e-mail, I think, is just a reminder to go to your account page and handle unfinished business. Good luck!
