In the Love and romance,where they do deals, I'm trying to order a 2/1 deal for my daughter .Harry potter BK 1 and 2 . I keep ordering ,which go's well untill it gets to "Prosess my order"  it keeps saying Unfortunately this book is not available.

Has this happen to anyone else ? and what do you do..?

You maybe want to PM the member and ask if those books are still on his/her shelf.

Yep ,they are still on her shelf. I've tryed now about 4 times to order.

this is what its saying ,and I no its not true because I see it

Unfortunately, this book is not available in our system.

I had that happen earlier today on two different orders, both of which I looked at their bookshelf to see if there was anything else and then ordered just the one book from that screen. When I went back and tried again without checking out their bookshelf the order went through no problem. Must have been a glitch.

Yes, I'm getting request weirdness, too. I clicked to order the book I wanted from my reminder list and the request stalled at the second page, wouldn't go on to complete. I tried the same book from its book description page and the same thing happened. I emailed the PBS team and they suggest it's something I've done - nope. I haven't changed anything, and the site worked perfectly okay for me to request books on Monday and mark books mailed on Tuesday. Now it won't let me mark two books that came in today's mail as received. Grrr.

I havent done anything different this time either. I tryed to order a random book from her shelf and it said the same thing.

I am having the same issue today as well; hopefully it is a simple glitch that restarting a service (on the server) will fix.

I tried to order an only copy off my RL the other day and it did that to me. I figured maybe someone had just beat me to it.

No PBS Team, sadly, all is not well - I just tried to mark those two books Received and still can't get the Books En Route to Me section to appear.

I see 6 books on your En Route to Me tab. Clear your browser's cache, then reload the page. If you still don't see your En Route to Me tab, send a message to feedback. Good luck.
