STATUS:  Accepted - Printed, but doesn't show a MAIL BY DATE.         

Other times it shows: Will mail by XXXX.  date

I've never figured out how you get STATUS:  Accepted - Printed.

When I accept a request from someone it only allows me to show a date I'll mail, so how do you get the STATUS box?  Pat

Pat, generally you will have the "Will mail by date" message when the request is pending and once the Sender actually prints out a wrapper and then clicks that they've mailed out the package the status changes to Accepted - Printed.  It is not a setting you can toggle, it is an automated system setting.

That status box only shows on your requests, you don't get it on the screen for books ordered from you. When it doesn't give a date in the Status window, it just means that the sender selected the I Can Mail button and not the I Can Mail Later button.
