I got a request for a Book  I have not had on my shelf for over at least  month. and I know it not on my shelf today for I went over my shelf and my box of books cause I was posting a Sale of 3/2 on the Bargain BAzar so I wanted to make sure I had them right.. Glitch in sytem maybe?? just weird

It's happened to me when I send a book as a freebie and forgot to delete it from my shelf, but here's what the help center says:

If you previously sent out a copy of this book, it might have been double-posted to your bookshelf by mistake: sometimes a book is double-posted onto a member's bookshelf (either by a server-hiccup or by the posting member clicking Refresh on the browser while the posting is in process).  You also might have posted it twice by accident.

Nope cause the system does not allow you to double post a book when posting.. Cause I had two copy and had to wait till one got order to repost it again. and beside this book WAS not on my book list. Like I said I went over my list before this happen so NO way was it there. I think it was directed by the system to the wrong place.

Normally, you're correct Ana.  We can't do it if we try to do it.  But as the help doc says, a server hiccup can cause it to happen, as can hitting the "refresh" button before the book is completely posted.

It okay I just wanted to make sure nuthing was wrong with site.
