With your different ISBN book, I think it would be fine to PM someone with it on their WL and let them know.  Some people have it set up to not receive notification of these books when they are posted with a different ISBN.  

I know it is WL book and I don't want to post it and then explain to requester that it is unpostable.

Please dont' do this...this is not acceptable in regards to PBS rules.  You can't post it if it doesn't meat the guidelines and simply posting and then PM'ing someone later isn't right either.  I suppose you could PM someone about it and let them know you have it, but I wouldn't ask for a credit for it, since they wouldn't be able to post it later for another credit.  KWIM?  You could offer it free with an order from your shelf, but I wouldn't ask for a credit for just an unpostable book.  When you posted in the BB, did you do so in the Damaged Books thread?  You could try there...many books are snatched up quickly from that thread.

Thank you for your response.  Yes I posted in Damaged Book Thread - and I am offering it as freebie with order from my shelf.  I wouldn't posted as regular and try to explain later that it is unpostable - can definately see problem arising from that.   I just not sure how to find someone that has book on there WL in order to PM them.

Any Ideas? or should I just wait and eventually someone will find it on the damaged thread list
