I just wanted to apologize to anyone who tried to request a book from me these past months.   I am putting myself on vacation as I am dealing with chronic pain daily from Fibromyalgia and Interstitial Cystitis.  I am so sorry for responding that I could send the book and then never sent it.  I truthfully did look for it but somehow can't find it right now.  I feel really bad.  Again I'm really sorry and putting myself on vacation until I'm done with Physical therapy and hopefully feeling better.
