...or rather, a credit? Yup, a WL'd book came in and it's going to time out Sunday, pm. I'm sure most of you have felt the resulting anxiety. I wasn't sure where to post, maybe the book bazaar, but I don't know anyone there. At least here I'm familiar with you all. And since it's for a romance, an erotic romance, well, you can sympathize, yes? I'm doing a mailing on Wednesday, so I can buddy the credit back to you then (thank goodness for quick DC credit). Anyone willing to buddy me a credit? |

Regina, I will buddy you a credit. |

I'll send you one too, in case something else comes up before Wednesday. |

Regina, pm me if you need anymore before then. I know how it is to be down to your last couple. :) |

You guys are wonderful :) Honestly, I was embarassed to ask but when I first approached another member (who happened to be out of credits, too) she told me to just ask on the forum. I wrestled with that for a while because I didn't want any backlash for maybe posting on the wrong forum, etc. I'm so glad I did, though! Diane, Willa, and Jerelyn--thanks for pulling me out of a tight spot. Trish and Anne, I appreciate you "standing by". Now I'm off to accept that book! It's perfectly fine to post on the forums asking for a credit loan. We all get down to those last few sometimes. |

Just don't make a habit of it and it's fine. I think the rule says you can ask for a credit like this once every 2 or 3 months or something like that. So once in a while is ok. They just don't wnat people coming and begging for as many credits as they can get. Which people do believe it or not. |
