This little jewel really is a very good example of the classic; quick, deep, and woven
with the intriguing twists of an English-style mystery. The well developed characters that need to be kept in mind to track the story line must be kept in perspective. For a small (207 pages) volume it packs a good wallop. A very worth while read. I've read better but this did hold my interest. English-style mystery readers will really enjoy this tidy standby.
