Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup - frest spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cup - olive oil
  • 1/3 cup - Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/3 cup - walnuts
  • 1/3 cup - boiling water
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - salt
Directions

Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender.

Toss with favorite pasta.
