I enjoyed reading this historical romance
Very good historical Christian romance. A good read.
Amy is left destitute after her parents die and is forced to sell everything. When she seeks her next of kin, Kathryn, she discovers that she is dying and is thrust into the role of caring for Kathryn's family. Micah has been away longer than he planned. When he returns, his wife has passed away, his daughter doesn't remember him, and he has a new baby. Can Micah accept that God has his best interests at heart? Can Amy come to terms with a God who has taken her family away? Does God have a plan for these two, whose lives seems to be spinning out of control?
Amy Rogers has lost everything; after her parents die she is left destitute. She has no choice but to sell out and seek out her next of kin-Kathyrn her cousin. Micah Walsh has been gone longer than he thought, and when he returns home; a wife who has passed away. Can Micah accept that God has his best interests at heart?
Great story. Very sweet in the way things come together and work out. I really enjoyed it. I like the way there was a threat hanging over head without anything actually coming of it. Shows that, even though we suffer and evil abounds, God does protect and keep us. There are a few lessons to be learned in this story. The main theme would be trusting God.
