This book starts out slow with an introduction of the characters and intrigue of what is going on in the hundred. It picks up speed after all the characters are revealed and the threat to them is realized. It does have great characters and interaction between them . Also there are some great twists and turns. Left me wanting more. Can't wait for the next book.

I was so mad when this ended; I want the next one!!
Liked it. It was a different take on fanasy. Sort of from an asian direction. Want to read the next one.
