asking for someone else....

would a water spot about the size of a nickel on the cover be considered water damage?  It didn't go thru the cover, it just took a little of the sheen off?  It didn't affect the book in any way.

Yes  :-(    It's not just about the esthetics.  Any water damage opens a book up to mold/mildew problems.  But you can offer it in the Book Bazaar!
