Subpar spy novel from 1966. A meandering story with not a lot of thrills, G rated sex, and the hook of the whole story, the three feet tall spy, just didn't do it for me.

A truly unique story of a pygmy spy. For every inch of him, there was a pound of brain, cunning, and sneakiness. He manages to intimidate every undercover agent that the Russians, Chinese, and Americans could throw at him... and then some.
