I recently received a book with a small stain on the top of the first few pages (visible when the book is closed and at the tops of those first few pages when opened).  It doesn't interfer with any of the text, but I'm pretty sure this is now unpostable.  The only time I ever marked a book RWAP was when it was clearly evident that it was the POs fault so I didn't ask for a credit back.  In this case the book was well wrapped, no damage to the package, and I'm really not sure if I should mark it RWAP and ask for my credit back or just mark it RWAP and offer to email the pictures?  Or am I being picky?

Edited a few times to get the links to work, I don't like the new photobucket and miss the old way, it was easier!

NO stains are allowed. Doesn't matter where or how small (though I think that is quite large and obvious); RWP -damaged and it is up to you if you ask for your credit back.

That is definitely a liquid stain of some sort, and not postable per PBS rules.

Thanks for your advice Ruth and Melanie! :-)  I ended up PMing the poster and they were really cool about it and refunded my credit (though I was afraid to ask for a refund in my PM- I don't like conflict).
