This book was written by a man commisioned to look into Royal Ulster Constabulary and allegations that they had secret but Official orders to "Shoot To Kill" suspected IRA members after the death of six men.Stalkers investigation was thwarted at every turn after two years of investigation right as he was about to come gain access to material which would be highly incriminating against the RUC he was abruptly removed from his job. Lots of political intrigue . Well written.
