I think The Stand-In is Moggach's finest book yet. It's simply enthralling and pulls you in as you wonder what she will do. You know she is wrong, you realize she has problems, but you can't help but find yourself sympathizing with her in spite of this. It's about jealousy and we all know how that can twist your mind up...well, she goes with it. The very end is unexpected and fabulous! It wraps it all up and leaves you thinking....wow.
