The first story is pretty straight-forward, but different from other Brockmann stories.

The second is a more complex. Typical Brockmann romantic suspense, but with a hint of sci-fi. There was, of course, a nod to the SEALs.

OK read for me.

Both stories have their merits and were quick easy reads. I liked Stand-In Groom a little better than Time Enough For Love as the characters were slightly more developed and the story seemed to flow easier. TEFL was a little weird for me, although I still enjoyed it there is a bizarre love triangle between Maggie, future Charles and current Charles. I just couldn't get that attached to any of the characters. Admittedly I am not a sci-fi fan and this story was a tad too sci-fi for me.

Overall two entertaining reads a little light on depth and reality but pleasant just the same.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first story - Stand in Groom, but the second story didn't hold my interest at all.
