An ok story of Voyager some time after their return. There is a lot of interpersonal drama and less "science". Personally i was disappointed as I do not read ST stories for relationship dramas, but for the science and adventure. The very personal relationship between Chakotay and Janeway, for example, was very distracting and uninteresting to me and their relationship was a small side story compared to other characters. I found myself skipping a lot of pages to get tot he next part of the scientific discovery going on around the strange planet they were exploring. That part was very good. The rest was just annoying. Sorry Ms. Beyer, but your story was just not my cup of tea.
