If you don't want those books there, you could remove the ones you don't want there. You might need to do it one by one though.

Actually, if you go to your TBR list page, you can remove multiple books at once. It should be clear on that page which books you have assigned stars to.

Click the boxes, then use the action button on the top of the page.

The book lists would need to be removed one book at a time. But the older lists (TBR, BIR, and WL) can be done in groups.

Do you see the stars on your TBR list? If not, you have rated one ISBN and the other is still on your TBR. I just tried it out and I can add the Audio CD version of a book to my TBR and then rate the hardcover and it does not remove the CD from my TBR list.
