This is Pastor Scott Wilsons 2nd book and I have enjoyed reading this one. This book is really written to help other pastors with their church growth & the problems that arise because of this. This book talks about how those growth church changes effected the pastoral staff & all the leadership. Scott Wilson is transparent about those problems that arose during those transition times. This book shows other pastors that these transition changes are common with each growth spurt that happens in churches. He shows how the pastoral staff has to also change with these changes in the church growth. He draws on other pastors for how they went through those times & other problems that arose. I like how he puts those other pastors in this book & their comments on the subject matter at hand. Each chapter addresses these issues & Scott Wilson draws from his wisdom & what God has showed him going through these times. Each chapter ends with questions to ponder for the pastor.

I know I will recommend this book to pastors that I know from other churches. It is a good resource & full of Godly wisdom. It even ministered to me even though Im not a pastor. There was alot of wisdom that could be applied to my life & my leadership skills in the future.

Great read & full of wisdom.
