I know this has been asked before but can anyone recommend any books like twilight? I am finishing up new moon and am dying for more vampires. Thanks!

If you want more YA Try Rachel Caines Morganville Vampire series, or Libby Brays Great and Terrible Beauty trilogy.

i've read a lot of vampire books, and just read Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse this month after hearing about them here.  first reaction - there isn't anything else 'like Twilight' out there.  it was just that good.  (i *loved* it, and have no idea how amazon missed recommending that one to me over the years with all the vampire stuff i read.)

that being said, maybe we'd have better ideas for recommendations if we got a little more info on what particular aspect you were looking for in other books?  YA?  vampire romance that's more sweet than sexy? ??

Sorry Amanda, I asked this question too and there really is nothing like Twilight out there.

I do have City of Bones by Cassandra Clare on my TBR

I also read Vampire Academy and it wasn't too bad, but still nothing like Stephenie Meyers.

Edited to add links=)

You are very welcome.  Next time I will leave the erroneous information out there and just let the people search for the wrong author.  That will teach me to be helpful.

LOL Hayley, I actually didn't notice that I typed it wrong or I would have went back and edited it. It sucks trying to find a author when you have the name spelled wrong.

If it's YA vamps that are calling to you, I'd add Marked, Betrayed, and Chosen by P.C. and Kristin Cast to the list.  Another fun series!

But if you're after the super romancey, lovelorny, drawn-out vampy saga-ish-ness of the Twilight series.....   Well, I haven't found anything else just like it either.   Honestly the closest I've come to series with a similar feel would probably be in the fantasy section, minus the vamps but plus some other supernatural/fantasy element.
