I just read all 3 books that are out. I'm 22 and I love the series. I can't wait til the next one comes out. I usually don't read these kinds of books...actually, I have never read a book about vampires, but I kept hearing these great reviews. I really couldn't put these books down. lol. They're addicting. My friend is the same way, she didn't think she would like them, because of the whole "vampire" thing, but she also loved them. It's really a great series. I would recommend them. :)

I just read all 3, too (actually, I am halfway through the 3rd).  I have really enjoyed them, and I am 42 (they are geared to young adults, but they were recommended to my by lots of not-so-young adults).  Too bad the next one doesn't come out until fall of 2008.

What I am amazed at is that they are written by a young mother who had no aspirations to be a writer.  She had a dream, wrote down the details of her dream, turned them into a book and became a best-seller.

I like paranormal novels and enjoy the various vampire theories/stories out there.  These are pretty tame vampires compared to some and they are pretty clean yet are very heart-tugging in the romance department.
