Welcome aboard Sticker Train 13 from me here in CA to Jennifer in TX.  We now have 7 Riders aboard--updating this on Monday night. I will start this train. It will go forth as follows: Me (CA), Sophia (NE), Melissa (IN), Jacqueline (MO), Kim (OH), Kimmy (VA), and Jennifer in TX.

This train will NOT have aboard a Last Call Envelope (because it is starting completely fresh). I do kindly and respectfully ask that in order to limit postage and (IMO) extend greater fun and also inclusion, that total cargo is never more than 40 sheets. I did go to the PO (before the change in price) and 40 sticker sheets + one card did go envelope rate for $1.99. Even with higher fees now, it should still be under $3.

Saturday night, I printed out a Train 11 passenger list. I literally cut out all 12 of our names and addresses. I made two columns one starting with Sarah and ending with Cheryl and the other starting with Me and ending with Jennifer. I tried so hard to look back on order for Train 11 so the same East Coast friends would not immediately be the ones getting the new trains. please feel free to let me know any changes or suggestions :) I also chose to put one newcomer aboard each train so we may all better welcome them :)

Our trains are official now. :) A big thanks to Sarah for all her help.

Here is my card note. I talked with Sarah and she kindly agreed to help ensure both Cheryl and Jennifer get greetings from all of us. That was, as I have said before, my main reason for raring for one train (so the recipient would have a card signed by everyone. Now that still will happen just in a different way). Will everyone aboard this train 13, so that means: Sophia, Melissa, Jacqueline, Kim, Kimmy, and Jennifer please PM me (I want to make this easier for Sarah :) by this coming Sunday, February 5th, a greeting for Cheryl. I will compile all your hellos and PM them to Sarah. Sarah will print them out and include within Cheryl's card (that will be physically signed by each person on her train). Thus, when Cheryl receives Train 12, she will get a friendly note from all 13 of us. I pray this makes sense. I will post this same thing in the Train 12 thread in a minute. If you have a font color preference, let me know and I will make your words that color. To make it less confusing for me, please write "For Cheryl" in the subject line of your PM. I will ask those on Train 12 to write "For Jennifer" in their PM's.

Sticker Train 13 has left my station and is heading to Sophia :) Tracking says it should arrive in NE on Thursday. I was able to put the card for Jennifer inside a big envelope. Also included are greetings I printed out from everyone on Train 12, this train's roster and 5 sheets of stickers. Cost was 70 cents. So happy and thankful to report the Sticker Train got to Sophia today! We had been concerned it was lost in the mail as I mailed it last Monday. Thank you so much Sophia for the good news, I hope you had fun with it.

I have the sticker train!!! :) Yay!!! I had a fun time with the stickers and my 2 sheets. It is ready to go to Melissa. Lord willing in the day or two.

Melissa (thank you, Melissa :) just PM-ed me to say she has yet to get the Sticker Train. She is also going on vacation for a week (have a wonderful time, Melissa :) and will let us know that she (I sure hope) got the package when she gets home next Wednesday. That is the update on Train 13!

Good morning!  I'm happy to report the sticker train was waiting for me when I returned home from vacation. It left the depot this morning and is on it's way to Jacqueline.  

I took two sheets of stickers - rainbows and hearts and added dog, cat, butterfly and flower stickers.  It was .88 cents to mail.

I got the package, resealed it and its in the mail (mailed yesterday). Am saddened how small the package is now that we split the groups.

Yeah but the postage is MUCH less and sadly that is a factor to take seriously. 

Thanks for posting, Jacquleine. I'm sorry you were disappointed :/ As Sophia said, postage had become a big issue with the larger trains and that was one huge reason for trying two this time around.

Also, everyone keep in mind, that this Train 13, started completely fresh with the 5 sticker sheets I put in. There was also no last call envelope. I think should we try two trains again next time, there ought to be more choices. (I think best idea is to see how many would be aboard next round and go from there in deciding 1 or 2 trains) We just, IMO, do need to keep mailing costs a few dollars tops and sadly the only way to do that is to limit total growth but still next round ought to be more exciting. Please everyone let us know if you would prefer trying two trains again or vote for one.
