This is the third book in a paranormal romance trilogy. The first two, Pyramid of Dreams and Topaz Dreams were better but it was still a good story with an interesting twist. The main character is a scientist from Innerworld seeking answers about her own ancestry and trying to stop a future devastation.
Anyone with a fascination about the origins of ancient gods might find the idea of them being exiles from another world fun to think about.
