Bill Wymans take on the band and it's members after years of playing and touring together.I really liked this book it was a bit more honest than some books I read about them.

An absolutely absorbing read! If you like the Stones, Bill Wyman or want to know more about growing up and life in Britain (during the war and in the '50s) this is THE book. Beginning with Bill Wyman's impovershed childhood, his discovery of American Rock and Roll, his stint in the RAF, the birth of the Stones and going up until 1969 with the tragic death of Brian Jones this is a book that gives you all the scoop. Parts are tragic - the death of an infant brother when he was 10 to glorious - knocking the Beatles off the charts and becoming part of a historic band. This has to be one of the most interesting and well written bios by a rock star...
