I started out reading Gord Rollo's Jigsaw Man, which was a book hard to put down.
If you have not read Jigsaw Man I highly recommend it, if you are into full blown gore
with an intense story. Strange Magic does have its gore but it is more of a story about
a mans past coming back to haunt him. He was a magician in the past and one of his
magic tricks kills his partner. His partner comes back from hell for revenge.

Read Rollo's first book "Crimson" did not like it at all! Swore him off as a author I wouldn't read again! I gave him another shot with this book! Glad I did, it was awesome!
Great quick read with believable characters and plot. Twists and turns and a surprise ending! I'll try another Rollo book hoping 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
