Enjoyable read. Two cops, Griff, abandoned by his mother at age 5 and later by his first wife and now afraid of comittment, Maggie, emotionally abandoned by her father, a cop, and who resented her father's affection for Griff, who was his partner, and determined to never fall for a cop, thrown together after a fake-marriage sting operation. You know how it'll end.

Marry a man she detested? Only for a very good reson.. and a sting operation was the only way Maggie Bennington would cosider joining Detective Griff Muerdock, her late father's former partner, in holy matrimony. But after the fake wedding to catch the thieves who were robbing parties, real bullets started flying.
