It's been a long time since I read the book but I enjoyed it and it has a lot of tips and a 14-day program to help break bad habits. I'm sure if I had followed them all, I would have no more bad habits! It was written by Dr. Robert Sharpe, who has been a professional expert witness in psychology for the last 15 years. The book brought up by the ISBN here on PBS says the author is "Joel". This book is co-authored by David Lewis. I'm not sure where "Joel" came from.
