I'm betting the address dont exactly match the USPS address system standards did you try to go o the USPS (use the same one for checking for zip codes it will standardized (gee is that a word?) the address and then try to use that address

Yes, I will check, and would have before, but it seemed unlikely that two addresses in a row won't print delivery confirmatio. Will let you know.

Will PBS let us correct addresses on their wrappers? |

Rebecca, sometimes the problem is with the USPS website not communicating with PBS and the message about the addresses is not true. If you just wait a bit and try again, it will correct itself. |

Ditto problem for me, and I'm mailing my first book without confirmation. Exotic Minnesota? Wish I could put confirmation on it . . . |
Ah ha! I did reprint, and I could add the confirmation. BTW, I love MN, I just could not figure out why an address there could not be eligible for confirmation. Whew! |

Uh oh. Once again, I cannot print as I cannot add confirmation. WHY does this come and go so often, I wonder . . . |

I got an email from R&R a little while back because the ampersand in my address was stopping DCs from going through. Apparently the USPS DC system is picky about certain characters. Might be something like that in this case. |

I have just started sending them without confirmation. I try, and when it does not work twice, I print the wrapper without. Oh, well.
