Wow, what another great book in this series! Jenny is mistakenly led to Rocky Creek by a newspaper ad stating the greatest number of eligible bachelors reside here. She begins to doubt that when few of the men meet the qualifications laid out in her "manual". But love has a way of bringing hearts together. Jenny and Rhett have to find a way to forgive themselves for the guilt they carry from their past and follow God's plan.
We get to see more of the characters introduced in book 1. Can't wait to read book 3.

Good book to read on a long, hot summer day. I enjoyed the quirky characters. Highly recommended!

I loved this book - it was awesome. I stayed up until 2 am and then got up early the next day to finish it - highly recommend. This is one of the best books I have read in a while.

One of the greatest historical romance novels I have ever read, hands down. I was captivated from the very beginning. Jenny Higgins and her two younger sisters Mary Lou and Brenda have come to Rocky Creek in the search of husbands. More like Jenny is trying to find "suitable men" for her sisters to go off and marry. Well, the ad in the paper that led her there was sadly mistaken, because these men were not "bachelors" or "rich men" but your basic down to earth hard-working men. While Jenny huffs and puffs to try and find them suitable husbands, Mary Lou and Brenda have plans of their own. They don't MEAN to, but they don't exactly agree with who their sister chooses for them and this causes a family argument. The marshal in town, Rhett, has his eyes on Jenny but she completely disregards him because he doesn't mean the "standards" a book by Miss Jenkins has laid out about finding the perfect match. Jenny is hiding something and you are not made aware of this secret until the very end, and trust me, waiting for it is important. This Christian Historical Romance had me on edge the entire time and I would recommend this to anyone. In order to love someone else, you have to love yourself and love God.

I have received this book for free from the publisher through the Booksneeze.com book reviews bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions expressed are MY OWN.

A great story about a sister trying to use "textbook formula" to find husbands for her sisters. Needless to say love finds a way.
