This book contains in-depth information on each of the first twelve superbowls, with background information on the teams playing and detailed coverage of the games themselves. There's a beautiful color photo spread in the middle of the book and numerous black and white press photos scattered throughout the rest of the book.

From the inside cover: Every football year, starting in August, 28 professional teams begin their quest for Super Bowl gold, but only two make it. The stakes are high and the rewards are great. Super Sundays I-XII presents an inside view of the twelve contests that have been played since 1967. It is more than just a book of statistics. It presents the human drama engulfing the players before and after the struggle; the moments of joy and disappointment; the days of apprehension and anxiety; and a critical estimation of the importance of the game itself.
