If you are hopelessly disorganized or feel overwhelmed by housework, then this book may provide a little guidance. Not only does the author lay out the steps necessary to keep a clean home she also provides recipes for homemade cleaners and polishes. She gives tips for wise shopping and even has advice on home repairs and maintenance including taking care of your car. She has a section on moving, a section on dealing with emergencies and home safety. She even delves into family dynamics. You may end up ignoring most of her advice but you will certainly find some nuggets of wisdom that you can apply to your own situation.
