How well I recall Jennifer O'Neill from her Summer of '42 days ... and her long and prolific modeling career. What a face!
I'm afraid I found this memoir rather shallow. I mean NINE marriages? C'mon! And she glosses over each and every one. The utter knowledge and disregard for her daughter's ordeal at the hands of one of the husbands horrified me. And her victim mentality didn't do it for me either. The icing on the cake? There weren't even the usual inserts of photographs to add some visual appeal to this book.
The tale of one of the most utterly self-absorbed women you are ever likely to come across.
Not recommended.
