I found this, entry.  It appears to be a poster rather than a book (I say appears as here at PBS, Amazon, and Fantastic Fiction it is listed as "Martians Poster", at ISFDB, BookFinder, Borders, and Barnes & Noble it has no entry.  Note that Kim Stanley Robinson wrote a book titled "Martians" that has several entries besides this at all sites.

I started to write an entry into the "Report Suspicious Items Thread" above, but it appeared that they are only concerned with posted items.  Should I post on the thread, or simply not worry about it?

I would send it. the worst that could happen is nothing.

There's no need to report it IMO. They go remove postings to an item, but I don't think they can remove the listing nor stop it from coming back into the database on an update. There are gobs of items in the database that can't be swapped here. As long as no one is posting to them it should be fine.
