Great recipes, very tasty and quick to fix. She discusses how sugar can make or break our dieting efforts and how to use your sweet tooth to your advantage. Very informative.
Excellent book that recent studies have shown is the correct way to keep a low body weight... carbs in the morning and protein the rest of the day. The cover and name of the book seems shallow and cheesy to me, but the book itself is excellent!

Let's pretend that Suzanne Somers has to worry about her weight. Okay, now that we are kidding ourselves, let's also pretend that we cut calories in half by taking off the top half of the Oreo. Seriously though, Suzanne may not have to worry about her figure, but her book will help you keep yours. The diet is eating foods in certain combinations that will make you burn fat. It seems to be working since there are "over a half million people Somersizing."
