There's a thread at the top of the Book Bazaar titled "Damaged Book Thread **Free Books Only**".  I think this is what you're referring to...

You can offer damaged books in the Book Bazaar. There are rules in the Damaged Book Thread in the first post, so read those before jumping to the end and posting.
