On SwapaDVD, there is a forum called the VHS Bazaar. You can post the VHS tapes you have and many members offer great deals on their tapes. I just checked now and there are many make your own deals and 10 tapes for 2 credts, 5 for 1, and 4 for 1 deals. Here's a direct link the the forum:

Have you ever seen the shopping bags made from the tapes? I think they would be extra strong

I don't have a pattern, but I imagine they would be crocheted.
