Sweet Heart
Author: Peter James
Charley has a strange feeling when she sees the idyllic mill house with its cluster of housebuilding, the lake and the swirling mill stream: a powerful sense of recognition, as if she has been there before. Except she knows she hasn't. This book inflicts more shocks than an electric fence.

This is a well-written horror book from Peter James. I picked this to read for #LMPBC #GroupH #Round11. Charley and her husband, Tom, move to an idyllic mill house where a powerful sense tells Charley that she has been here before in a previous existence. She is regressed under hypnosis and a Pandora's box of evil and terror is released. James knows how to build tension and kept the pages turning. I will be reading more of his horror books soon.
