Hononria thought she was a burden to the Aunts who raised her. The only altermative for a young lady of quality determined to leave home was marraige. But, marriage to whom? "Claude Kemp" Never she asserts, he might be a gentleman, but he is arrogant and unkind. If she must marry then let her marry her friends brother, Alexander. He,at least is good hearted. This begins a comedy of error in which hope changes to skepticism, to bewilderment, to despair,to astonisment, and at last to supreme happiness.
